Levi Snow

Moved from Chesterfield,N.H. to St Johnsbury,Vermont, and later to Far West, Missouri, on the expulsion of the Mormons from Missouri, moved to Illinois, near Quincy.
Many of the children of Levi joined the Mormon Church. William Zerubbabel, Willard and Erastus were prominent in the church. Erastus was a Mormon Apostle. Zerubbabel was attoney general under Brigham Young.

He settled in Chesterfield before 1770 on what was afterward the town poorfarm.

John Snow

Resident of Woburn, Marlborough, Rutland, Southborough, and Chesterfield, NH
He settled in Chesterfield about 1762.
From the History of Chesterfield"John now settled in Chesterfield about 1762, in which year he and Moses Smith built the first sawmill erected in the town. He appears to have lived near what was afterwars the town Poor Farm. Came from Massachusetts.

Warren Snow

Warren settled in hesterfield, N. H. in 1769 or 1770 having come from Princeton. He died on Streeter Hill at the residence of Edwin Sargent, with whom he was living.

Zerubbabel Snow Jr's will, dated 25 Sep 1755, "Called into his Majesty's service" names Wife Eliza, sons, James, Jesse, Reuben, and Uriah, and daughters Hannah, Abigail, Eliza and Lucy. Probate 4 Apr 1775. Mentions lands in Woburn, and Wilmington, and in Rumbord, N.H. Inventory dated 11 april 1776.

The 2nd marriage was probable.


John Snow

Of Chelmsford.
After moving from Woburn to Chelmsford, he moved to Dunstable, Nottingham West was set off from Dunstable and was later call Hudson, N. H.
According to the history of Hudson, N.H., via Kimball Webster, records that
John Snow was among the first settlers in town. The exact date of his
settlement in Hudson is not known. Town records say he died on 21 Mar 1735.
His tombstone near his former residence, gives his age as 68 yrs, 4 mths, and 3 days. This information would make the date of his death 16 Sept 1736.
He appears to have had the title of Ensign.


Timothy Snow

Died at the age of 73 years.
