Reverend Nicholas Peter DOBRÉE
Entered the Navy but later at his own wish he went to Oxford and entered Jesus College, where he got a scholarship in1776 which he held 15 years.He was rector of Wigginton and Thurlow, both College livings.He afterwards returned to Guernsey& was nominated to the Rectory of Catel which he held until blindness forced him to resign.
